About Us

Dr. Megan Riveros
Dr. Riveros graduated from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and then moved with her husband back to his native state of Colorado. She begin working at a high-volume general practice while also interning at an equine practice for the first year in Colorado. She then transitioned to the fast-pace lifestyle of emergency veterinary medicine. During her time in emergency medicine, she had created a strong bond with clients from her general practice and had a desire to continue to practice preventative medicine in their own environment where it was less stress for everyone.
After 4 years in small animal emergency, she has decided to expand her mobile care services and operate full-time. She is excited to offer quality, personal, at-home services to pets and their owners in Mesa County and the surrounding areas.
She enjoys fostering the human-animal bond and visiting with pets in their environment, giving lots of kisses and treats while she keeps them healthy and happy!
When not at work, she enjoys playing tennis and reading a good book. She shares her home with her husband, four rambunctious dogs and two handsome tuxedo cats.
